Angela Colon-Mahoney

Angela Colon Mahoney, co-Founder of Spark Change Lab and Founder of AMM, brings over 25 years of experience in highly regulated industries and higher education. With a background in human capital and business transformation, she has driven company reinvention at Otsuka Pharmaceuticals, The Estée Lauder Companies, The Hershey Company, Unilever, Tyco, and The City of New York. Angela has worked with global CEOs, C-suite leadership, and Boards of Directors, establishing centers of expertise in talent acquisition, management, rewards, DEI, and communications. Recognized as a caring leader in behavioral health initiatives, Angela continues to shape the conversation on fostering inclusive workplaces and driving positive societal change. She holds a BA in Psychology from St John's University and an MS in Organization Change Management from The New School University.
